Repeated intro
Hello everyone, Sedwity again The team and I have been discussing and we have decided that with the incoming Hurricane that we have a chance of losing power and or internet too close to the release of Arctic Freeze, we do not want to be unavailable if we are needed post release so we have decided to release Arctic Freeze to the steam PUBLIC_BETA channel for all users right now. We are doing this so if there are any problems that interrupt play users can still freely swap back to the last update without issue. Below are some pictures to show you how to activate the beta.

And now you can close the window and install the update! Below are all the patch notes for Arctic Freeze, we hope you all enjoy the new features, content, and everything we've left for you to explore, oh and hopefully the waters are calmer for you than they are off our coast!
New Location- Added - Arctic Freeze, This new Facility set deep within the Arctic Circle built into the walls of an icy underwater cave is one of the largest Facilities Congo will allow its employees to venture into. Unprepared employees should use extreme cations, the long walk from the Submarine to the Facility can take a lot of oxygen, and the Facility itself is no safer. Some doors inside have completely frozen over requiring the use of a Blow Torch to thaw them open.
New Creature!- Added - Lice!, “Lice” is a genetic failure derived from a Scorpion, random Crustaceans, an Ant, and an assortment of Sea Anemone. The creature cannot see, hear, or smell, but will react violently to being touched. Once Lice has been touched, they seem to have an innate ability to home in and track their prey using vibrations in the environment. Genetic failures extend from its senses to its ability to walk, with legs easily becoming dislocated from the rest of the body causing them to almost flop around as they hunt.
Loot-
Reworked - Loot spawning will now work off of a weighted loot pool, This new system will make more valuable loot rarer and even allows loot to be Facility specific.
Items-
Added - Icons to Interaction Info to inform players if an item smells, makes them smell, makes noise, or makes them make noise.
Added - Blow Torch, This item can be used to "Melt" icy objects, it can also be used to burn Creatures, so make sure to watch where you are pointing it! (This item comes in Black Market and Harbor Variants)
Added - Dinosaur Toy, This item has a button allowing the toy to "roar" creating a short lasting Decibel effect on the player who uses it, but it is pretty fun to play with according to "Jimmy."
Added - More Generic Loot, These new loot items include a small wooden statue, a little shark plushy, and a box of beer
Changed - Player Corpse will now add a persistent Smell to a Player while they are holding the Corpse.
Changed - Oxygen Tanks can now be used to regain 50% of your total Oxygen Bar.
Changed - Oxygen Tanks can now be purchased at any shop.
Changed - Oxygen Tank Sell value to 15 was 20.
Changed - Flashlights can now be toggled on and off.
Changed - Flashlights now have limited battery before they completely die.
Player-
Added - Icon to show player when save has occurred.
Added - Icons for Stamina and Oxygen Meter.
Added - Players standing in "Noisy Environments" such as the Engineering room will have "Reduced" Decibels, This means Entities will not be able to hear you as easy.
Fixed - Player model leaning really far back that could be seen by other players.
Changed - Player Smell, Players who smell due to damage will now smell longer depending on how much damage was taken,
Changed - Player Decibels to be more forgiving, Decibels will now degrade faster leading to the player having less detection faster.
Changed - Held Items will point more towards the facing directly but not exactly (This keeps the handheld feel of items like flashlights while allowing them to more viable)
Facilities-
Reworked - The entire Facility Generation Process, The changes done to the Facility Generation Process allows the Facilities you explore to be larger, more confusing, have more "Special Rooms" (Fish tanks, Engineering Rooms, etc...) and even allow the Facilities to generate in ways they could not before, (completely underwater or completely above water.)
Reworked - All dungeon types to be more special and less uniform
Changed - In Facility Seamines now have Damage Falloff and a max range of 5 meters.
Removed - Inventory Full movement penalty.
Harbor-
Added - Selling Machine will now tells players when it can and cant be used.
Changed - Selling Machine to say "Sell Loot" was "Sell Scrap"
Entities-
Added - Entities will now make noises on Damage and Death.
Fixed - Entity Inventory Allowing multiple items in same slot (this allowed the Crab to grab more than one item)
Fixed - Notso "ticking" and being able to shoot people before being fully spawned in.
Fixed - Notso "ticking" on clients.
Fixed - Human Mimic AIAnimation Audio not working.
Changed - Great White Sharks will now spawn outside of "Deep Shelf" instead of Tiger Shark.
Changed - Mimics can no longer see.
Changed - Mimics can now hear.
Changed - Max amount of Crabs in a Facility to 10 was 25.
Changed - All entities health to fit better now that we can damage things, (Yes somethings can survive seamines now)
Changed - "Entity Score" (The metric that is used for what can spawn) will now increase by 5% per extra player in the game. (More entities with more players)
Changed - Indoor Tiger Shark Entity Cost to 75 was 100. (This allows more indoor Tiger Sharks to spawn.)
General-
Added - Hovering Social buttons on menu will now give info text.
Fixed - Voip Objects not Registering properly if they previously existed when trying to register.
Fixed - an issue that caused the audio bar graph to peak when it wasn't actually at max volume.
Fixed - an issue that caused player to add less decibels than intended based on the normalized range of speaking volumes.
Fixed - Player dying while using a Console will now release the interaction.
Fixed - Items shouldn't have a chance of floating after being dropped anymore
Fixed - Water Lapping sound being audible at all heights inside Facilities that are flooded.
Fixed - Reset Save File button not clearing Quota Cache allowing player to load a partially deleted save file.
Fixed - Items being sold while still being held.
Fixed - Items being able to be picked up while being sold
Fixed - Player being able to duplicate items by dropping it while transitioning to Open Water.
Fixed - Clients Attempting to spawn seamines when they loaded (they couldn't but it would try and waste time)
Fixed - Very Obvious Tiling on sub inside walls.
Changed - Items now align to ground client side then sync that position and rotation WITHOUT recalculating.
Changed - Consoles will now show what they are in interaction info.
