To celebrate the upcoming FREE RELEASE of the horror fishing sim"Nightmare Fishing Tournament"here's an overview of the fish present in the game, as well as a few BONUS creatures that ended up being CUT CONTENT! ROUND 1: THE FANGLESS FLYER Although completely blind, these daredevils of the deep are known to take flight when provoked, making them ideal starter fish for new arrivals to the Nightmare Fishing Tournament.

THE SABER FISH A highly sought after trophy fish, their sleek aquadynamic design and powerful fins make them one of the fastest fish in the sea. Corpses are often found skewered along its horrifying namesake.

THE PERIL PORPOISE This air breathing beast is unlike the other denizens of the deep in that it produces no craftable scales. It’s also proven to be intelligent with the capability to be TAMED and used in COMBAT! Steam post image

ROUND 4: THE CATASTROPHIE FISH Known as the trashcan of the deep, this large ugly brute will eat just about anything. It has a TOXIC bite, leaving a wound that festers with POISON after initial contact.

ROUND 5

THE DANGER DOLPHIN The Danger Dolphin, also known as the “Murder - Mahi”, appears in a bright flash against the blood red of the sea, concealing a hideous vertical smile few have escaped from.

THE GHOUL FISH A flushed pet so ravenous it chewed through everything in the sewer system, eventually chewing its way through to Hell itself. Steam post image

ROUND 7: THE DEATH STRIKER Living up to its name, the “Death Striker” hits quickly in an ambush pattern, violently shaking its prey to pieces. Have been known to release a shrill paralyzing “SCREECH” that can stun prey momentarily.

ROUND 8

THE SLAUGHTERCUDDA Feared by undead fishermen as “THE BLUE STREAK”, this menace from the depths grips the helpless victim and drags it to the seafloor where it watches to see it struggle to the surface, before pulling it down again.

ROUND 9

THE ALBINO SHOVEL SNOUT A creepy pale complexion and eerie gaping smile make this fish a disturbing sight to see. Dwelling deep where sunlight fears to reach, it only ever ventures to the upper levels to hunt for RED BAIT FISH.

ROUND 10: THE LONG JAWED CORPSER A true monster. With a jet-black body armed with giant needle-like teeth and tremendous eyes for seeing in the dark, this fish is truly the stuff of nightmares!

ROUND 11: THE GLASS PHANTOM Equal parts repulsive and mysterious, a tragic entity caught between the membrane of the living and the dead. A spectral entity either refusing or unable to discard the remains of its once mortal coil.

ROUND 12: THE ALBINO BABY EATER This scrappy thief gorges itself on the nest of other fish! Due in part to its bright color and frequent battles, this fish is never seen without visible wounds to its flesh.

ROUND 13: THE SOULLESS HUNTER A vessel for wayward spirits, it is said those that encounter these creatures have their very souls pulled from their bodies and stuffed down into the core of the great beast for all eternity.

ROUND 14: THE DREAM EATER This horrific gaping mouth and these haunting glowing eyes may be the last thing you ever see. Most who catch them speak of subsequent dreams that follow involving being devoured by the beast.

ROUND 15: THE SWIRL JAWED SHARK The oldest monster of the Blood Bath Bay, this fish has remained unchanged for eons. Its distinctive spiraling teeth function both as a primary defense and a gateway to madness.

ROUND 16: THE PINK DEVIL Believed to be the true form of Satan himself, this deviled-diva sports a pitchfork tail and a demonic set of horns. Rows of fine pointed fangs and a bad attitude demonstrate why THIS GUY is the FINAL BOSS!
