Hotfix: Steam Client, Galaxy Map, and Fleet UI

Today’s update focuses on client stability, Steam wrapper behavior, and a few clarity fixes.

Fixed Steam client UI text size settings so larger text options apply correctly. Improved Steam login persistence to reduce unnecessary re-logins. Fixed explicit logout behavior in the Steam client, so players can properly switch accounts when they choose to log out. Improved Steam account switching flow to avoid getting stuck on the wrong account. Hardened the Galaxy Map renderer against a crash that could appear on some browsers/devices. Updated the early mining advisor directive so it correctly explains how to find asteroid fields and start mining. Fixed Cargo Expansion requirements so the lab level matches its prerequisite chain. Updated the research guide for Cargo Expansion in multiple languages. Fixed Fleet screen debris updates: collected debris should now refresh automatically without needing a page reload. Restart the Steam client after the update if UI text size settings still appear unchanged.
