An update packed with new features for the demo!

Hi everyone, I hope you enjoyed the demo! We've made a lot of changes to the demo. It includes bug fixes and some new features. Here's the full list:

New Features

• Special Patients: Some patients leave you notes, and your conscience decides what happens next. Do they really need help, or are they just going to spread infection? Uncertainty...

• Blacklist! Some patients may seem problem-free, but they may have caused problems for authorities before. Don't forget to check the blacklist!

• Fake Document Checks Start on Day Three. If you detect fake documents, call the police immediately and allow them to come and take the patient who committed the fraud.

• A Gift in an Envelope! Patients you refuse may offer bribes. At the end of the day, you can double your winnings at the roulette wheel or lose it all. Be careful, what seems like kindness might not be a real patient; you don't want to get caught by the inspector.

• Energy Bar Added. You need some energy during the day, and as time passes, the energy bar decreases, and you might hallucinate when a patient calls. Immediately answer the phone, order pizza or coffee. You'll feel better, I assure you.

I will continue to make updates based on your feedback. I'm working on more documentation and stricter rules to be checked until the full release.
