changedWork on Nerepis continues. Since, the game is getting closer to release, it's time to update everyone on the current status. At the moment, combat and characters are pretty much finished other than balance and tuning. I'm really happy with the state of combat and how it's evolved since the the beginning.
changedI previously used other levels to showcase the work of the game, however, it's now time to create new content and this is now my focus. Unfortunately, it's a slow process. As an example of the work I'm doing, I've included a new level screenshot below which gives you a sense of the game.
changedThere is still a bit of work remaining on some of the spectating tools, which should be relatively easy to implement. I also need to polish up work on the progression system, achievements and leaderboards. While these aren't really core gameplay related, I believe they are important for the customer.
