Neon Seoul: Outrun changes
World Graphics:
Improved lighting on buildings
Added more neon to the buildings to give a better silhouette
Improved reflections on the buildings
Streetsigns (arrows) changed to be more readable
Roadmarkings improved to help the player read the roads
Moto Graphics:
Improved look and shape of the bike
New “Sexy Red” Shader
Improved the bike model to give player more visibility
Added shield meter to the bike
Improved the reflections on the bike
Improved Calibration:
Fixed bugs and added a more intuitive way to calibrate your bike
Added Calibration room avatar (temp whitebox model)
Improved layout for finding the correct size
NEW Free Ride Mode:ːsteamhappyː
Added new mode for people who want to test the bike in a more relaxed setting
Includes artist and track names
Less Traffic on the Road
Open highways for getting to max speed
Score System:
Made system more dynamic as to encourage speed runs
Modifier increases by reaching speedlimit
Improved readability of bonus multipliers
Modifier decreases after x amount of time not being in speedlimit
Time for next combo action increased
Combo no longer fails when driving on the shoulders
Near Miss Message moved further to the outside
HUD:
Improved player facing issues
Speedmeter shows modifiers and speedlimits
Leaning UI removed
‘system Ok’ status message removed
Energy UI Icon added
- Combo UI(Improved Animations and readability
Energy/Shield improved - UI Icon added
Shield color matches current Energy (gradient from cyan to magenta)
Additional Energy meter on Bike
LOBBY UI
Toolbar of currently looked at ‘card’ is always visible.
