Major usability improvement for large programs (stay-in-place after playback)
Fixed tooltip issues (not clearing properly, showing whent it shouldn't)
Simplified Fried Rice level (this breaks old saves for Fried Rice)
Visual fixes (timeline, bot numbers, exceeded stations in layout menu)
Fixed delete all, then redo timeline bug
Fixed move then play bug
Fixed bug with recipe-after-recipe ingredients (like shrimp, potato)
