DD# 289 Suffer, Suffer, and You Shall Be Saved

Hi, everyone. Welcome to the last DD of July or the first DD of August, depending on where you live. Continuing from last week's development, the main story continues.

addedContinuing from last week's development, the main story continues. A cutscene has been integrated into the story and can now be unlocked.
changedNow, without getting into too many spoilers, let's talk a bit more about the story behind it, those inspirations. "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." --- Benjamin Franklin You are now essentially stepping into the part that has come before. How the secret organizations have built up the veil where the majority of the people are living in a blessed ignorance. If you believe what the Dark Elf King has told you in his storyline, you were a part of that plan. But almost the whole world has forgotten it in a Mark Millar style. No more monsters, no more anomalies, no more magic, no more eldritch horrors, maybe even no more stock market crashes. That is quite peaceful, isn't it? Except people get stuck in 9-to-5 jobs, on the roles that have been secretly assigned to them even before they were born, receiving filtered information from controlled media. The majority of the population has lost their purpose in this universe. The majority of the population will be forgotten as if they have never existed. A genocide, in slow motion. But, somehow, one day you figured something was not right. And through all the stories in the past chapters, you have suffered as you got closer to the truth.

We also have some other relatively smaller updates from this week. For example, inspired by something from Tanya the Evil. We now have a tenet that makes your coffee or anything that contains caffeine more efficient! All HP/MP healing is increased by 300% if you put this in your customized faith.

Fun fact: some woke leftists will accuse anyone who watches anime as lolicon just as they basically call anyone they don't like as Nazis. Their degenerated mind simply cannot comprehend the pleasure of committing war crimes and seeing all plans executed precisely and deadly!
