[Item] A new Item is given: Helicopter Fuel (It is a quest item for the Siberia storyline.) ##########Debug################# [Character] A bug in the evasion calculation, caused by a previous refactoring of the codebase, hath been corrected. [Enemy] A bug hath been fixed that caused Phoenician Mercenaries to become overly lustful with great ease.
