Yes, Nekokami runs great on Steam Deck! 🌠🚀
Actually, our prologue🌱 attained Steam Deck Verified status a couple of months ago, so you can be sure that our Early Access version will also provide a smooth experience:

Steam will take time to officially review and verify the full game's Steam Deck support. Unfortunately, they have no timetable for it.
