General

  • Controls remapped - New layout places key actions on the controller face for easier access.

  • Reduced super meter gain rate slightly

  • Changed how NPCs are interacted with to avoid issues with players getting stuck.

  • AI behavior altered to be more consistent

  • Adjusted a few back end things for overall optimization

  • Added camera shake to appropriate moves

  • Parry mechanics altered to be more strict

  • Added to the game!

Known issues

  • Co-op play may cause strange issues with the camera when interacting with an NPC

This patch brings us one step closer to the full story update. Next up is completing Fizz, the final character after that, and then many small updates to existing characters and enemies. From there, a multitude of systems and functions need to be put in place to handle the level of story telling we are going for, but we are well on the way!
