With only two days left to buy Negative Nancy on sale, we decided to interview some of the characters from the game. We wanted to hear their thoughts on Nancy’s rise to fame.

Interviewer: How long have you and Nancy worked together?

Co-worker: Nancy? Uhh… probably since around the time my mother and I stopped speaking to each other...

Interviewer: Did Nancy have something to do with that?

Co-worker: No… my mother was just really controlling… she did a lot of damage to my self esteem when I was growing up. I’ve talked about it a lot with my therapist. I want to try and re-establish communication, build bridges… but it has to be on my terms! I’m not going to let my mother bully me any longer… I’ll be the one setting boundaries now.

Interviewer: What do you think of Nancy’s rise to fame?

Co-worker: I don’t think it has anything to do with my mother… she’s never met Nancy. And at this rate she never will… I’m not going to end up like my brother. That’s why I don’t drink.

Interviewer: Any comments on Nancy, specifically?

Co-worker: No, like I said… my mother’s never met Nancy.
