changedThe game is ready in some ways. The game can be played from start to finish. I am pleased with the performance, although I still see potential for improvement. I'm constantly fixing bugs, I haven't encountered a game-breaking bug in a long time. The balance of the game is unfortunately not ideal yet, but in the current phase this is not a priority.
changedI’m quite happy with the steam store page, but something is still missing. A trailer video. The trailer video is a must-have element of the steam store page and can best convince visitors that NECROBLADE is a game for them. The trailer video is also being made.
changedUntil the next devblog, I would like to encourage everyone to join the NECROBLADE discord server. We are very few so far, but that should not discourage anyone. If you want to be one of the playtesters sometime in the near future, be sure to join, because playtesters will definitely be selected from the discord server.

I have recently neglected my online presence. It was not a coincidence or a laziness, it was a conscious decision. It consumed too much time, work and energy and the actual development was pushed into the background. As a Solo developer, I have to wear several caps at once, but I put the marketing cap back on the rack for a while.

In a few paragraphs, I would like to summarize the current stage of the development.

The game is ready in some ways. The game can be played from start to finish. I am pleased with the performance, although I still see potential for improvement. I'm constantly fixing bugs, I haven't encountered a game-breaking bug in a long time. The balance of the game is unfortunately not ideal yet, but in the current phase this is not a priority.

The current priority is the polishing of existing mechanics and creation of additional content. Being NECROBLADE a procedural game, it is very important that the player does not feel like he is walking the same streets and fighting the same enemies while looting completely similar objects. Unfortunately, content creation is a very slow process, but I think one of the most rewarding.

I intended the current devblog to be a status report: I’m still alive and working with full force.
