Fixed the delay issue in ship attack speed. Added chance for Admirals (Bosses) to drop 50 kg cannon, storm cannon, Maki cannon. (5% - 50 pound cannon, 2% Storm cannon, 0.5% Maki cannon) Some bugs have been fixed.
