N-GON 1.18 update adds FPS settings and a little more

The game is no longer locked* to 60 FPS, you can customize target FPS in screen settings. * Game still locks framerate if it goes below 40.

changedDuring the first game launch after this update the game should set target FPS to your monitor's refresh rate. If that doesn't happen, or you want to change it manually go to Settings -> Screen and set target FPS you want. I'd say that matching your monitor's refresh rate works and looks best, but I'm not your dad :)
changedThis update also includes some visual and audio changes: little animation tweaks, visuals tweaks and replacement of some sound effects.
