Better editing, and better support for Knuckles controller

Hi, The latest update contains two important new features: When editing, you can now move and rotate already-placed blocks by dragging them---no need to first go to the "Selection" tool.

changedThe button mappings of the Knuckles controllers (from the Valve Index headset) is now a bit saner. I played with the idea of displaying a glove instead of a controller, and reacting to hand gestures, but this is (IMHO) not as easy to use as the current way. More about that later, possibly.
