II. Installation, Download & Login Issues

1. Installation failure / missing files

We recommend trying the client repair function first:

  • Official launcher: Click the “Game Repair” button on the right side of “Start Game” to scan and repair. If files are missing, please disable antivirus software and try again.

  • Steam:Steam: Right-click the game → Properties → Installed Files → “Verify integrity of game files”

III. Payment & Purchase Issues

1. Why is there a restriction on Gold Token usage after topping up?

To ensure transaction security and prevent abnormal behavior, some accounts may have temporary usage restrictions. This is a normal system mechanism. Please continue playing and improve your overall progression; the restriction will be lifted later.

2. Steam purchase completed but not received?

Steam payment process: funds are first added to your Steam Wallet, then used to purchase in-game Gold Tokens.

Please check your Steam Wallet balance first.

3. Official client purchase not received

Please submit a support ticket first. Customer service will assist with verification.

IV. In-Game Common Questions

1. What happens when a character is deleted?

  • All items in the character’s inventory will be cleared (Legendary Warrior fragments in Exquisite Box will not be removed). Unclaimed mail will also be deleted.

  • Tally Order progress and points will not be reset, but claimed Tally Order rewards will be removed with the character.

  • Gold Tokens obtained via top-ups will not be affected.

2. Are servers and marketplaces cross-server?

Multi-platform servers (official client, Steam, Epic Games Store) are cross-server. The marketplace is also shared.

3. Does Season 2 have PvE servers?

4. How are battlefield times displayed?

All battlefield times are displayed according to your system’s local time settings.

5. Is there a beginner guide or tutorial?

You can click “Encyclopedia” in the navigation bar in-game to view system guides.

6. What can be inherited after Season 1 ends?

After Season 1 ends, the world and character data will be reset. After upgrading the Tally Order, some content can be inherited, such as:

Warrior ×1, Mount ×1, Apocalypse Orbs ×5, Season Points, and Legendary Warrior Fragments (obtained Legendary Warriors will convert into fragments after season end).

7. Will sealed mounts from Season 1 reset lifespan when retrieved in Season 2?

Yes, lifespan will reset to the initial value.

8. Can sealed mounts from Season 1 be bred in Season 2?

Uncastrated sealed mounts can be bred after retrieval. Castrated mounts will remain castrated.

9. Will used talismans, Renewal Pill, Spirit Awakening Elixir carry over for sealed warriors and mounts?

Yes, they can be inherited.

10. Do Apocalypse Orb affixes still work in Season 2?

Apocalypse Orb affixes not tied to seasonal talents will still function in the new season (e.g. Charming Fate, Tenacity Increase).

11. How to obtain Violet Dawn Shells? Can they be traded?

They can be obtained through activity systems, battlefield gameplay, Treasure Map Instance, gathering, and lucky bags.

Violet Dawn Shells are non-tradable, but it can be dropped.

V. Season 2 Basic Settings & Rules

1. Season 2 schedule

  • Start: June 26, 14:00 UTC

  • End: August 29, 00:00 UTC

Season 2 will officially end at 00:00 UTC on August 29, followed by final settlement. After the season ends, all gameplay will no longer contribute to Season Points or ranking results.

2. Cross-server schedule

  • Cross-county: July 3, 14:00 UTC

  • Cross-prefecture: July 3, 14:00 UTC

4. Season 2 rewards

a. Standard rewards remain unchanged

  • Season Points rewards: Complete conditions during Season 2 to receive cosmetics and Legendary Warrior Fragment chests

  • Top 10 Guild Lords: Share 8.88 million Gold Tokens

  • Top 10 Guild members: Receive seasonal exclusive cosmetics

  • “Celestial Dragon Sovereign” set pieces and Celestial Dragon Orbs remain unchanged

b. Expansion of Guild reward slots

After the season ends, Guilds ranked in the Top 30 by total Season Points will all receive corresponding rewards.

Details of rewards:

  • Guild members ranked 1st–10th: In addition to the corresponding tier of seasonal exclusive cosmetics, will also receive Skin Gift Box ×3.

  • Guild members ranked 11th–16th: will receive Copper Coin Exchange Voucher ×5, Skin Gift Box ×3.

  • Guild members ranked 17th–23rd: will receive Copper Coin Exchange Voucher ×3, Skin Gift Box ×2.

  • Guild members ranked 24th–30th: will receive Copper Coin Exchange Voucher ×2, Skin Gift Box ×1.

Reward Notes:

Copper Coin Exchange Voucher: redeemable in the next season for 10,000 Copper Coins per voucher.

Skin Gift Box: Upon opening, players will randomly receive various types of cosmetic rewards.
