addedWhy is it separate? Because Steam does not allow games to have ANY external services, even a localhost address can be used to use other services that bypass Steam's wallet services. Therefore it had to be removed from the Steam release entirely.

Self Hosting is a downloadable mod to enable self hosting functionality for the game.

I tried to include it but Steam does not even like having API keys or mentions of other external services. Therefore this is how it had to be done for the game!
