MyDear.exe changes
The event will be hold from April 27th to May 4th, with a live showcase on May 2nd that will be hosted by GameSpot’s Kurt Indovina and Lucy James, with appearances from creators including Jesse Cox, Dodger, Nookrium, and Stormfall33.
Excited is the least we can be!
We've team up with other developers around the world to bring this showcase to life and celebrate Fake OS games. 150+ developers will be in the spotlight during this week-long event.
32 upcoming titles will be featured during the live showcase on May 2nd, including Mydear.exe! :D
With that event, we hope to see Steam understand the community behind such game's genre and hopefully, see the birth of a brand new browsable "Fake OS" tag. You too love Fake OS games?! You know, those that take place in fake computers and interface. Yes?! Then YOU can help us!
To help us get the create the Fake OS tag you can use this handy tool at https://interfacex.net/tag/ and tag all participating games.
The list is long (hence the importance of the tag and the tool ;) but it takes just a couple of minutes to tag them all and this will be the occasion for you to have a glimpse at what's coming soon!
Be sure to tag in on May 2nd for the live showcase hosted by our friends at Gamespot for more info about MyDear.exe! (and many more!)
The organizer of the event love Fake OS games so much that they even made a trailer just for it!
