changedThe South is inspired by renaissance Italy and our concept artist for Sofia, Aleksandra Mandat, studied the period's clothing for the outfits design. It's also worth noting that Aleksandra has made all the designs as part of her internship at Transparent Games. We're really proud of her growth.
changedSofia is married off to the Duke of the North, Zachary Colville. For the North we took inspiration from late medieval Sweden. As the North is very cold, every character in the game has two versions of their outfit, their normal clothes and a winter variant. Below you can see Sofia's winter coat.
changedSofia also has a Duchess outfit, which Zachary gifts to her later in the story. We will save showing off that design for later.
changedAnother one of Sofia's outfits is the nightgown which has two variants – with and without a warm shawl.
addedThe most gorgeous of Sofia's outfits is her wedding gown. It was supposed to be a modest dress (for a Duchess). In the story she doesn't have a custom-made outfit, but rather, for the quick wedding, an outfit from another noble lady that broke off her engagement is fitted for her. This is because the wedding in the story happens 3 days after Sofia arrives in the Colville castle and there's no time to create a brand new outfit. MC, however, really likes this dress so she's happy to wear it.
changedShe also has a commoner cloak she uses at one point in the story. Altogether she has 6 outfits. We really like our characters wearing different outfits so we couldn't resist having such a variation.

Hi everyone!

This month we will be taking a break from writing Saintess of the Golden Bow to focus on My Wife is a Spy?!. The script needs to be written so we can start commissioning CGs from our lovely artist Kimiyoto. We wanted to use this opportunity to show off some concepts for the game.

My Wife is a Spy?! is an isekai visual novel. MC (namable) is reincarnated into the body of Sofia dalle Carceri, a noble lady from the Southern region of a fantasy empire.

The South is inspired by renaissance Italy and our concept artist for Sofia, Aleksandra Mandat, studied the period's clothing for the outfits design. It's also worth noting that Aleksandra has made all the designs as part of her internship at Transparent Games. We're really proud of her growth.

Hopefully you enjoyed this look at Sofia's outfits designs. Next time we will show off Zachary's outfits.

With love,
