addedNew ResidentsEach month will bring a new spooky resident that you can summon to your afterlife. In August it'll be a spunky little witch who sells witchy clothing items and accessories, allowing you to dress up and fufill that witch coven fantasy. September's resident is a swarve vampire who sells a range of vampire-themed furniture, and finally in October you'll be able to summon a shy clown which will sell items from the Halloween event, but more on that later. These residents will be permanently added to the game for you to summon whenever you like, so there is no pressure to lay an existing resident to rest to make room in your afterlife for these new residents untill you're ready to do so.
addedReapers Tower Floors 3 & 4For August and September we will also be adding additional floors to the Reapers Tower for you to explore. This means more of the reapers minions to fight and new items to discover. Our plan is to eventually have 10 floors to the Reapers Tower, with you ultimately facing the main ghoul himself, The Grim Reaper, on the top floor as a 'Boss' fight which you can complete for rare rewards.
addedNew ItemsEach month there will also be new furniture, clothing and accessory items added to the game. These will be a combination of new craftable furniture items, items dropped from the reaper's minions and items that can be brought from the wraith merchants at the Midnight Market. If you have any suggestions for items that you would like added to the game, just let me know and I'll see what I can do!
changedNew ItemsFinally, we can't talk about October, without talking about Halloween. To celebrate the spookiest month in the calendar, we'll be running an in game event which will include it's own thematic rewards. I won't spoil the details yet so stay tuned for more info on that in the coming months.
changedNew ItemsOutside of the additional content there will be ongoing gameplay improvement, balancing, and bug fixes based on your feedback, so if you spot any issues or have suggestions for changes please let me know on our Steam Discussion Board .

Hi ghouls, it's been just under a week since My Lil Afterlife released and I wanted to thank everyone who has brought the game. It's been both an exciting and nerve wracking time for me seeing you all download and play it, but hopefully you've all been enjoying playing it as much as I do!
This game has been my little passion project for the last couple of years and now it has been released we can look forward to what's next! Since I am developing the game solo, rather than giving a full year view and risk plans changing, I wanted to give a three-month roadmap for the plans I have for the game that are set in stone, so without further ado here is the roadmap for August, September and October.
August-October Roadmap
New Residents
Each month will bring a new spooky resident that you can summon to your afterlife.
Reapers Tower Floors 3 & 4
For August and September we will also be adding additional floors to the Reapers Tower for you to explore. This means more of the reapers minions to fight and new items to discover. Our plan is to eventually have 10 floors to the Reapers Tower, with you ultimately facing the main ghoul himself, The Grim Reaper, on the top floor as a 'Boss' fight which you can complete for rare rewards.
New Items
Each month there will also be new furniture, clothing and accessory items added to the game. These will be a combination of new craftable furniture items, items dropped from the reaper's minions and items that can be brought from the wraith merchants at the Midnight Market. If you have any suggestions for items that you would like added to the game, just let me know and I'll see what I can do!
Finally, we can't talk about October, without talking about Halloween. To celebrate the spookiest month in the calendar, we'll be running an in game event which will include it's own thematic rewards. I won't spoil the details yet so stay tuned for more info on that in the coming months.
Outside of the additional content there will be ongoing gameplay improvement, balancing, and bug fixes based on your feedback, so if you spot any issues or have suggestions for changes please let me know on our Steam Discussion Board.
