addedCustom cursor option added, replace your cursor with a big hand, helping you to not lose it! (If you had a run already started in 1.0.4 you have to chose this setting in the main menu before continuing the run, as the option won't appear in-game before your next run)

Bug fix:
On the defeat screen the number of card collected did not take into account the boss cards correctly, it should work now.
