My Dad Left Me changes
We launch this game 2 years ago. As a celebration, we went back and updated the game to be more on what we have for The Multiverse Trilogy. This update wouldn't have been possible without the help of GhosStudios, We also want to wish a very happy birthday to a couple of friends close to Phoenix Limit Studios, including the CEO of GhosStudios!
Patch Notes
WARNING: This game has been upgraded to a newer version of Unreal Engine 5, and there might be a few bugs that we have missed when porting this game to a new engine version. If that's the case, let us know by starting a discussion here on the Steam page, or on our Discord server.
Changes
Added proper Nanite, and Lumen (becomes disabled by default in VR mode.)
Changed a couple of levels.
Improved lighting in some levels.
Changed how the game launches between VR mode and Desktop mode.
Added a player health bar in VR mode.
Changed the Rapid Fire weapon to now be a permanent weapon pickup.
Improved boss fights by adding dynamic changes to the environment, and/or changing one of the abilities.
Notes
We had to temporarily remove the audio settings menu as we are still improving it.
In the upcoming days, the Steam page screenshots will be updated so they are up-to-date on the current state of the game build.
Expect some stealth hotfix updates to the game as we polish out some rough edges that came along in this patch.
