As part of our ongoing efforts to celebrate and enhance the Square Enix back catalogue, we’re reviewing a number of classic titles to see where we can introduce modern quality of life improvements. One key focus has been retrofitting Steam Cloud support, allowing players to seamlessly carry their progress across multiple devices – including PC and Steam Deck.

We recently rolled out Steam Cloud Support for Sleeping Dogs and Just Cause 3 with great success, and we’re pleased to share that this work has now been extended to Murdered: Soul Suspect, which is available today with full Steam Cloud support functionality.

While this update currently applies to a select number of titles, we’re continuing to explore opportunities to expand these enhancements across more of the Square Enix catalogue over time.
