Murder Next Room changes
VRAM usage lowered;
Fix Leaning Left animation;
Fix Vault action not costing Thirst;
Replace costly shortwalls collisions for simpler ones;
Remove grass foliage from pavements and floors;
Add action block so players can't do multiple actions at once;
Example: Players could Punch and change to Knife in the middle of the strike to do knife damage;
Modify inventory UI to reflect when actions are blocked;
Update the WeatherSystem;
Fix Garage's floor hole;
Fix Throw Trash away task;
Fix Tutorial's dummy not receiving backstab damage;
Fix WaterSwitchValve not being able to be sabotaged;
Fix PowerSwitchBox not reflecting current lever state;
Fix Water plants in First Floor Central Hallway task description;
