Fixed Client/Host Disconnection issues

Client now cleanly disconnects from Host when both quitting server and when host ends game mode
Hose now cleanly handles Client leaving game room and also host ending game room
Client now can disconnect and reconnect or join new room without requiring restart

Changed Fullscreen from checkbox to list of options with Borderless now an option

Choose from Windowed, Borderless or Exclusive Fullscreen options

Fixed Bug for Steam Achievement of Starring all maps causing lockup

Improved Golfer Start Menu functionality

Some bugginess has been resolved

Fixed Changing maps while menu open

Now properly resetting character and closing open menus
