It's been a while since we last updated you on the state of our beloved music game, MUKKE!

A lot has happened over the last few months, and the project has undergone some changes in direction. To give you an overview of our current plans: MUKKE will be a more focused experience that emphasises its musical core. The narrative elements will guide players in learning and experimenting with the loop machine instead of forming the centrepiece of the game. There will be two modes:

  • in"Club" mode, players can create music completely freely with all tools unlocked. This is the quickest way to start creating music.

  • in"Platte" mode, players are introduced to the loop machine and all the musical tools the game offers through a narrative set-up and tutorial campaign. It also provides players with clear motivation in the form of quests and a music shop where they can unlock new instruments, customisation options, and tools. Through this shift in focus, we aim to make this cool and accessible music tool available to you and the gaming world as quickly as possible.

So: MUKKE is scheduled for release in March!

In just a few weeks, you'll be able to play MUKKE on Steam! We hope you're as excited as we are about the final release of MUKKE — stay tuned for more updates!

And that's not all:

We're taking part in the Steam Next Fest, which has just started! If you'd like to help us create the best possible MUKKE experience, check out our new demo and let us know what you think! We're looking forward to it!

Here is a glimpse at the new MUKKE!

Thanks!
