In Mr Sun's Hatbox, the minions that you capture and brainwash have a variety of quirks that can make missions harder or easier.

These quirks mean you have to take into consideration who's best suited to take on each mission. Take our friend 'Cinema' Santos, for example.

He's asthmatic (not ideal, but it's unlikely we'll encounter much smoke) He's squeamish (he faints when snapping necks... VERY not ideal, but we can work with it) And he's Photogenic (not ideal... Unless you're doing a raid. Raid's automatically set off the alarms at the start of the level, so it makes no difference)
