Hey everyone! This is RSK TEAM. We’ve released an update to the free demo of MR DONALD. Almost the entire game had to go through censorship due to an external demand. What happened next — we’ll reveal soon.

What changed

  • Gameplay
addedCensored: the Steam page - the trailer was removed while we work on a new one; the key art was reworked, and the descriptions were rewritten.
removedCensored: our partner's name - now our partner is simply called "Partner," because even the character's name could no longer stay the same.
removedCensored: all characters on the phone - their dialogue and visuals were reworked to remove any potentially controversial references.
changedCensored: the man in the elevator - one of the more noticeable side characters was changed.
changedCensored: JT - the character had to be reworked, including the name, appearance, and visual details.

  • Censored: the eagle.

  • Censored: our partner's name - now our partner is simply called "Partner," because even the character's name could no longer stay the same.

  • Censored: the main character's partner - one of the key characters in the game had to be completely anonymized.

  • Censoredall characters on the phone - their dialogue and visuals were reworked to remove any potentially controversial references.
  • Censoredthe man in the elevator - one of the more noticeable side characters was changed.
