Detectives,

Today we roll out the black and white carpet by debuting the Official Cinematic Trailer for MOUSE: P.I. For Hire. This brand new gameplay footage showcases the opening cutscene for the game, wherein the main protagonist, Jack Pepper, receives a tip on a mysterious lead and gets assigned his very first case.

Globally renowned actor Troy Baker (known for his performances in The Last of Us, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, BioShock Infinite, and more) stars as the main cheese himself. Staying true to the game’s black and white rubber hose visuals, every single cutscene in MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is hand-drawn, delivering a striking vintage aesthetic.

As you sleuth through the game and hunt for clues, these cutscenes will appear every so often to provide vital context and help progress the story of corruption, kidnapping and murder developing in the city of Mouseburg.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire releases tomorrow on Steam, so get ready for launch by pre-purchasing the game and reading our new FAQ, which contains lots of answers to the important questions you have been asking.

We cannot wait for you to begin your investigations!
