Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where unequipping/equipping a weapon wouldn't correctly update your speed.
Fixed an issue that forced players to relog once after activating a sub before the UI correctly updated.
Fixed issue with very large chat-messages that got cut up in a very bad way.
System
Dedicated more tick to important parts of the server and built system to reduce overhead on systems that aren't as deltatime-sensitive.
Loggin queue should now correctly place you in the correct queue even if you haven't logged in that day before. (takes 30 sec). This means that P2P accounts will be moved to the top even if it's their first login of the day. Improved logged in queue message to make it more clear what your place in the queue is.
Added system that makes it so that the login server can "cache" logins. This means that the login times (verifying message) should be increadibly short if your login is cached.
The login server can only use the cached login if you are subbed and have all slots bought (because this is information it can not cache since you could sub or update the slots).
Improved DB saveback on the server, this should increase the max numbers of players the server can handle before it starts the queue.
Tweaks
Increased blunt dmg on War Hammer heads.
Tweaked the synch on Risar attacks.
Pigs now have a locally allowed flag, so guards cannot be called on them.
