Morningstar: Book of the Fallen changes
As some of you know I've been keeping Wings of Empire sitting on the development branch of Morningstar while getting it ready to go live. I do this for a couple of reasons, primarily because I love user feedback and having it live lets more people play it as I develop it.
[dynamiclink href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/3203710/Wings_of_Empire/"] With Act IV finally done, that day's getting closer; I'm aiming for April 17th; I'll leave it up on the Development Branch until then, for anyone who wants to test it out. Right now it's about 2/3 done (working on day 75 now). If you haven't checked out Wings of Empire yet, it's a sprawling epic space opera set in a world where the Roman Empire never fell. You're playing an ex-Legionnaire who's transferred to the Navy after losing a leg in combat.
As a fresh pilot you join the INS Aquila, a fast attack carrier heading out to a frontier world as the long Pax Imperia comes to an end. Like Love of Magic this is envisioned as a trilogy, with Book 1 hopefully complete later this year.
Steam post imageAs always the goal is to tell an epic story, introducing a number of competent, hot and romanceable characters (and including a catgirl, because that is evidently traditional in my games).
Steam post image So check it out; the current build has ~5-6 hours worth of content, covering 75 days of main-line content and tons of side-content. GIve it a wishlist if you can, those are super useful when it comes time to set it on sale. Enjoying it? Let me know in the comments!
