changedThe Corpse-Eater.At the age of 20, the boy turned into an insensitive, motionless carcass of human fat and skin. The meaninglessness of existence has become the only thought that has settled in the atrophied brain of a being who once planned to become a man. If the boy could feel something, compare his feelings with something, probably tears would not stop flowing down his flabby cheeks. But only emptiness and a silent scream filled his empty brain.

We continue to write about the characters of the Morganica demo fragment, which will be released on December 25, 2023. We have already talked about Burner, the mysterious prisoner of the Stomad prison and the zombie alcoholic Crazy, whose illness we will learn about in the main game. In the demo fragment, our acquaintance with him will only take place and we will not have time to feel the steady smell of fumes from the never-drying stillborn drunkard. Today we will tell you about the most harmless and at the same time the most nightmarish resident of Morganica.

The Corpse-Eater.

The boy was born and began his life quiet and calm. Until the age of two, he grew up, like all the children around him, until someone noticed that the baby began to grow unnaturally fat. The diagnosis was short and deadly. Prader-Willi syndrome. The absence of a copy of the paternal section of chromosome 15 in the genome. But the nightmare was just beginning.

At the age of 20, the boy turned into an insensitive, motionless carcass of human fat and skin. The meaninglessness of existence has become the only thought that has settled in the atrophied brain of a being who once planned to become a man. If the boy could feel something, compare his feelings with something, probably tears would not stop flowing down his flabby cheeks. But only emptiness and a silent scream filled his empty brain.

He did not cause inconvenience to anyone and gradually ceased to care about anyone. Even the wish of death did not disturb the rest of the piece of flesh, which he had turned into by the 20 years of his existence. So he was taken away by the priests of the Demons of Evil, on a windy night in mid-November 1969 from the ward of a private clinic.

What do demons eat? Human emotions. It's on the mental plane. And their physical shell? Human flesh. The designs of Evil are insidious and immeasurably cruel.

The huge body of the former boy became a womb for digesting human remains, generously supplied by the inhabitants of Morganica after each ritual of the Bloody Harvest. Black plastic bags with limbs still moving and fetid offal flowed in an endless stream into the gaping hole of a huge meat grinder. The eternally living intestine, pulsating, fed raw meat and crushed bones into the body, devoid of a head. Right into the torn larynx of a huge carcass, inside which the fermentation of processed human meat was constantly taking place.

Several times a day, the Demons descended into a huge hall, with a body hanging in the center, and sucked the juice out of it for their physical shells. Now the boy and his sick body have found meaning, purpose and name. Now everyone called him the Corpse-Eater.
