changedFading of the UI should only be a result of encountering the Whisperer should it break its bonds. The Angels have done their best to ensure this does not happen.

This build is for all ye who noticed the fading of parts of the UI when it should not fade.

Fading of the UI should only be a result of encountering the Whisperer should it break its bonds. The Angels have done their best to ensure this does not happen.

We willingly traded free-will to the Angels for Gifts, and our mobility for the safety of their Bonds. We watched our finest travel far from them, into the Umbral Gloom, and become changed. We can still hear their howls and titters from those places swallowed up by the deep dark. We no longer wish for their return.

By the Moon's Eye, we have lost much! We vow to lose no more! Emberheart will stand strong within its Bond, Moon's Eye willing.

And while we perform our solemn duty, we will sing songs of those places our forebears once loved:

  • The Steel Tower

  • The Shifting Grove

  • The Silent Fortress

  • The Great Hollow

  • The Clockworks

And we shall write epics praising the champions who stood against the Gloom, and were overwhelmed.

  • Baron Sigmar of the Iron Fists

  • Martyr Etienne, Bearer of the Pale Masks

  • Aiken of the Silent Bell

  • Elsa the Worm-mother

  • Kein the Dollmaker

But we will not sing of the Whisperer. To do so is to invite their song inside us, to seep from our own lips even while we protect the Bonds.

So, seek the Underways and bring back what you can from the Umbral Gloom. Go, with the knowledge that if you ever wash up on the shores of Emberheart we shall listen to your breaths, and if we find them pure we shall lift you as we lift all Pathfinders, and teach you once again the ways of our world.

Go, with the knowledge that all fades present are intentional and sanctioned by the Moon's Eye. And not just a stupid UI bug.
