Screen resolution changes in options fixed to update resolution when "apply" selected (PC only)
Added fish spawn "bug" for speed runners.

Other minor bug fixes including

Minor collision has now been fixed.
Minor quest reward corrections.
Money earned when donating fish to marina in early quests.
