addedAdded a run button. Hold shift to run (button can be changed but I've decided it's going to be a "hold" function rather than a toggle, just to not mess anything else up)

I thought it might be more fun to find out in the game what they do, but now that I think about it again that's kind of silly since you could just examine them right after starting the game.
