Still working on some of the larger remaining bugs. This is mainly a couple of popularly-requested features. Added an option to use global unlocks for advanced classes in a new campaign.

addedAdded an option to use global unlocks for advanced classes in a new campaign. If this option is set, you will be able to recruit advanced classes unlocked in any previous playthrough(s) from the beginning of the game. You will need to load your previous campaign at least once in this version to set the flags correctly.
addedAdded an option to skip the initial tutorial dungeon when starting a new campaign
changedLethality effects on immune characters - 10% max hp damage is now in addition to normal damage
fixedFixed the exit button on the "create character" screen
fixedFixed conversation flow at Wildhome
