(Paid DLC) Additional Side Story: Rudy is out today!

Monster Hunter Stories is an RPG series set in the world of Monster Hunter, where you become a Rider and form bonds with monsters, fighting alongside them as you embark on a journey with your friends. The third entry, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, has a new paid DLC Side Story, featuring your trusty Palico, Rudy.

It turns out that Rudy's illustrious ancestor, a Legendary Feylne who is said to have saved the world, is Navirou from the earlier entries in the Stories series. After getting caught up in one of the strange happenings around the world, Navirou ends up coming face to face with his young descendant, leading to unexpected outcomes...

Side Story: Rudy will become accessible by progressing through the main story. Talk to Rudy while he has a Yellow Icon over his head to initiate his side story.

Face-to-Face with the Nergigante

The fearsome Nergigante appears in Side Story: Rudy. Though you can't make it a Monstie, it's a formidable foe to battle against. Navirou apparently shares a deep connection with Nergigante. Find out more by playing the side story for yourself.
