Fixes and more options.

Fixed "Monza" not detecting the coin fall out the machine in some cases.

Fixed coin selection in options menu.

Disabled "Collect & go" when on Jackpot.

Changed server, Several reasons.

Added "Same coin all game" to coin options. When selected you will play with the same coin even if you load a game with a different coin.

Added "Smooth look" option to game options, This change the look movement when you are standing up, Activated smooth otherwise direct.

Added "Anti aliasing" to graphics options.

Added "V Sync" to graphics options.

More options are coming.

We worked in the load/save code for more stability.

The "Empty Machines" seem to be a error with the game data folder, we are going to confirm it is that and fix it, we may add an option to clear the affected data as a hotfix meanwhile.
