Mo The Moai changes
π’ Important Notice
This update includes changes to the save files, so it is recommended that you delete your previous game data.
π Changes
The player will no longer spawn at a checkpoint. Instead, your last position will be saved, and when the game starts, the character will remain still. You will have to choose the direction in which you want it to start running (similar to when you get up after a fall).
User settings will now be saved even if you delete your game data.
The colliders of collectible objects have been enlarged.
Character movement has been tweaked in the NPC area.
The timing of when cloud colliders activate and deactivate has been adjusted.
π Bug Fixes
Corrected spelling and grammar errors in both English and Spanish throughout the menu and tutorial sections.
The menu now closes properly when the camera is moving.
Fixed collider issues in the pipe area.
The character will no longer change direction when interacting with the Moai (this used to happen occasionally).
Fixed a bug where the character could sometimes pass through walls when trying to return to the Moai.
Fixed the backwards double-jump bug.
Fixed the bug where a backward jump played the normal jump animation.
Fixed the bug where the character could change direction mid-air after touching a ceiling during a backward jump.
Fixed a bug where only the background of the main menu would appear when returning to the main menu.
Fixed a crash caused by the dissolving tree material.
Fixed a crash caused by storage overload.
