MMORPG NPC Simulator changes
🎮 Welcome to MMORPG NPC Simulator
Play as an NPC inside a MMORPG — an NPC who doesn’t just sell items, but controls the economy, the players, and even the rules of the world itself.
From running a humble shop to shaping the balance of the entire game.

🛠️ What We’re Building
This project is in active development, and we’re focused on building a deep and systemic MMORPG simulation where you play inside the game.
Initial planned features include:
Running and expanding your own NPC shop • Selling weapons, armor, potions, and legendary gear • Negotiating prices and reacting to a player-driven economy • Assigning quests to players to gather items.
⚔️🌍 The Long-Term Vision
As development continues, your role will evolve far beyond the shop counter.
Form raid teams and send players into dangerous content • Take a share of loot from successful adventures • Introduce new items and influence dungeon drop rates • Balance the in-game economy and shape the meta • Manage servers, enforce rules, and ban cheaters
This isn’t just a shop simulation.
It’s a game about managing an MMORPG from the inside — where you start as an NPC, and slowly become the unseen force guiding the entire world.
