Bug Fixes
Fixed: Movable generator not saving its location.
Fixed: Unable to fill water buckets from lakes.
Fixed: Entering/exiting vehicles (abandoned/undriveable) could cause player damage.
Fixed: Unable to reopen vehicle storage after closing the loot UI in undriveable cars.
Fixed: Vehicle key hint UI not showing (interaction prompts like “Press F to exit”).
- FixedBuildable items, buildings (from construction craft menu) sharing HP values, causing incorrect durability (e.g. towers breaking in one hit). (HP balance will be adjusted in a future balance pass before release.)
Fixed: Holding Shift to slide down ladders not working.
Fixed: Character not unequipping items when they break or are destroyed.
Fixed: Infected movement issues when burning or returning to their original position after losing target.
Fixed: Footstep sounds still playing after entering/driving a vehicle.
Fixed: Infected damaging each other (they can no longer deal damage to one another).
Fixed: Some popup messages displaying incorrect text.
Features
TPS Animations: Colt, Flamethrower, G17, Machete, AK, and M4 are now fully implemented and working properly.
- Implemented ItemFridge is now available. If a craftable generator is placed nearby, electrical appliances will work normally. However, if the appliance is inside a building, shelter or residential area that already uses a built-in generator power zone, it will always prioritize power from that yellow generator first. (The White House fridge is now interactable and functional.)
Added New Craftable Item: Smoker. (The texture for smoked meat is still in development. For now, regular meat texture is being used as a placeholder.)
- Implemented SystemTwo-hand function (Shield) is now available.
- ImplementedFish Livewell for storing fish after catching them. The menu has been moved to the left side of the Inventory UI. (For now, fish can only be added via the Dev UI. The fishing system is currently being reworked and will be available in the next main patch.)
Map, Environment
Bandit Camp near Camp Carol is now implemented and available.
- Zone 0 – Small Town Progress UpdateAll exterior work is now complete. Interior, loot, and interactable items/objects will be added in the next main patch. (For now, only abandoned vehicles are lootable.)
