⚽️ Football Fever

Football Fever, our most popular minigame to date, has finally been FINISHED! 🥳⚽

🤩 Visuals We've improved the overall visuals of the minigame everywhere, most noticeably: we changed the overwhelming puke-green color to something more appealing to the eye, take a look at the thumbnail! 🤩 We've also added a) black dots to the ball for some much needed contrast, b) screenshakes for extra impact everywhere, c) active ragdolling upon getting hit hard by the ball, d) better ambience sound for improved immersion, e) a juicy goal crumbling sound effect, f) a dope spectator camera welded to the ball, g) etc, ETC, ETC! 🥴💫

🛠️ Ball physics The ping-compensated ball physics from last bi-week's update were an improvement for high-ping players, but a downgrade for low-ping players. Ultimately, when doing ping-compensation there's always a trade-off of some kind, but it was way too rough for low-ping players. So, we've made many improvements to the ball physics to help smooth out the experience! 🧐

We believe that today's update is a big step in the right direction, but despite being considered finished, the football physics are something we'll continue to improve over time, over many playtests! 💪🥸

🏠 Condo Changes

📸 Captures

I'm so excited for this one lol, we've added a cool new mechanic to an existing furniture: you can now insert actual screenshots into Picture Frames, to collect & show off! 🤩 Store your memories permanently as pictures in your Condo! 📸

How to do this? Just take a screenshot (F12) in-game at any time (even in minigames), and then spawn a Picture Frame in your Condo at a later moment in the same session! Capture your best minigame wins! 🙀

Also: modders, you know what to do! ⚙️ (%localappdata%\MinigameMadness\Saved\TempCameraRoll) ⚠️ The old functionality of showcasing the minigame thumbnail of the badge you have equipped remains as well, as long as you've made no captures in that session, or emptied your camera roll by spawning enough Picture Frames.
