We’ve got some exciting news! The Experimental Branch is now live, bringing major gameplay improvements, new biomes, and expanded mechanics. This update represents the final iteration of our experimental build before the official launch, and we’d love for you to jump in and share your thoughts!

It's recommended that you've played the main game for a couple of hours before going into the Experimental Branch.

What’s New?

  • Two New multi-biomes Maps: One medium and one large map to test different playstyles and biomes.

  • 15+ New Buildings: Expanding your city’s possibilities with more variety and depth.

  • New Biomes & Population Quests: Three distinct biomes bring unique population types, challenges and dependencies.

    • Plain Biome

    • Desert Biome

    • Snow Biome

  • Dynamic House Requests: You can now change the resources houses consume via the city center.

  • Interdependent Population System: Higher-tier cities now rely on lower-tier cities, encouraging multi-city management.

  • Multiple Production Recipes: Some production buildings now support different crafting options (e.g., juice makers can use apples or dates).

  • Improved Game Balance & Polish: Fine-tuned resource colors, building visuals, and overall game balance.

How to Access the Experimental Branch?

  1. Right-click the game in your Steam Library.

  2. Go to Properties > Betas.

  3. Select the Experimental branch from the dropdown menu.

  4. Update your game and start playing!
