※ Everything is still work in progress and subject to change.

Game development is still my profession, and I’ll probably continue making games for decades to come.

Improving games that I had to release in an incomplete state due to my lack of experience back then is something I’ve planned just as much as creating entirely new games.

I originally wanted to announce everything together with the finished patch, but since I’ve been quietly(?) working on it alone, things kept getting delayed. So I decided it would be better to share the progress more openly.

Here’s what is currently in development:

  1. A classic Minesweeper mode

  2. Multiple single-player stages (with potential for future expansion)

  3. A more fully-featured multiplayer lobby system

  4. Retaining the existing AI mode and versus mode

  5. New sound effects and background music

  6. New visual effects

Since matchmaking does not work well without a sufficiently large player base, I currently plan to remove that feature for now.

(It may be added back later if needed.)

Thank you!
