Thank you all for playing Million Depth! We’ve rolled out an update that fixes the following issues.
【ver. 1.02.00】
◆Adjustments to the Trader
Previously, when new parts were unlocked, it often became harder to collect the specific parts you actually wanted.
To address this issue and increase the total number of available parts at the same time (by allowing players to trade multiple normal parts for a rare part) we’ve made the following adjustments: A silver part will now always appear in the Trader’s lineup Increased the number of items in the lineup to a maximum of 6
Since the trader’s appearance rate is already quite high at 30%, these adjustments should make it easier to build around the Relics you’ve acquired or pursue the build you want.
◆Balance Adjustments to Bladed Weapon’s and Spear’s Part ATK
Overall damage resources will be slightly reduced. To compensate for this and to increase the usage of bladed weapons, we’ve applied several positive adjustments. Additionally, the highest tier swords required significant effort to craft but did not offer stats that matched that effort, so they have received buffs.
◆Adjustments to the Rotary Blade
Changed the crafting recipe for Rotary Blade to: 6 Pointy Blocks, 2 Spring Blocks, 1 Rotation Block. Lowered the Part ATK stat from 1.1 to 1.0
The Rotary Blade was slightly too powerful for a weapon that could be crafted with just 4 Pointy Blocks. By increasing the required materials and adding a rare part to the recipe, this adjustment not only makes the item require more effort to craft, but also gives more relevance to Rotation Parts and standalone Spring Parts, which previously saw little use.
◆Adjustment to Gun ATK power
Adjusted bullet damage calculation so that parts used in muzzles (Upgrade Part) are no longer counted toward bullet ATK power.
Previously, the optimal strategy was to stack multiple muzzles, and this change is intended to nerf this a little bit.
In particular, damage scaling became excessively inflated when taking the Fire Power relic, as stacking additional muzzles while increasing damage led to overly high ATK boosts. Parts used in upgrade parts other than muzzles will continue to be counted as before.
◆Adjustment to ATK Power Bonuses from Square Parts Surrounding Pointy Parts
Fixed an issue where placing Pointy Parts horizontally on top of the protrusion of Square Parts would incorrectly grant an ATK power bonus. This was unintended behavior and is considered a bug so it has now been fixed.
【No Time to Waste】
Upgraded to Epic rarity. Simply put, this Relic doubled bullet damage and was very powerful. By making it an Epic rarity, it’s more difficult to obtain and thus adds an additional layer of difficulty.
For the equivalent rarity relic, “Quantity Matters”, remains unchanged as its a split-shot mechanic that already has a slight drawback in that it makes it harder to hit targets.
【Strawman】 Strawman relic now applies Negative Level 3
Even with Grace at MAX 3, having double HP provided an equivalent effect, and raising the Grace MAX further made it even stronger. To balance this, the relic now applies the highest level of Negative effects.
【Barrier Boost】
Adjusted the amount of damage nullified by Barrier from 100% to 50%.
In the γ worldline, players could obtain Barrier Materials relatively easily, and without Superhard parts, acquiring this relic early could make you nearly invincible. Since the effect itself was simply overpowered, its values have been adjusted for better balance.
