Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes - Definitive Edition changes
Welcome Mighty Heroes!
While the game has not yet launched, we wanted to take this opportunity to offer a small guide to its world and characters, especially for those unfamiliar with the Might & Magic franchise.
Shattered by the never-ending struggle between Order and Chaos, Ashan is the world of Might and Magic. It is comprised of many realms, of which you will explore four in MM: COH:
Irollan
A lush magical forest guarded by Elves
The Holy Griffin Empire
A vast human empire ruled by Knights
Heresh
A barren wasteland ruled by Necromancers
The Silver Cities
A desert kingdom ruled by Wizards
Sheogh
The underground prison realm of Demons
Demons have long been at war with the inhabitants of Ashan.
Blood moons weakened the walls of their prison, letting them escape and lay waste to anything they could.
During the last Demon War, The Blade of Binding was created. A powerful artifact that could bend any Demon to its wielder’s will.
The Blade is now protected by a handful of allies in Ashan, but dark forces coveting its power are on the move…
While MM: COH is full of characters, we will focus on the five main playable characters today An elf from the Irollan forest and the daughter of a ranger. She commands Sylvan Faction units (Pixies, Bears, Druids…)
The eldest son of the Unicorn Duchy of the Holy Griffin Empire. A promising knight who commands Haven Faction units (Swordsmen, Knights, Priestesses…)
Godric’s younger sister. She rises from the dead as a ghost and necromancer. She commands Necropolis Faction units (Skeletons, Vampires, Ghosts…)
The youngest of the Unicorn siblings. He finds himself trapped in Sheogh, the realm of Demons, and discovers a mysterious blade allowing him to control Inferno Faction units (Hellhounds, Succubi, Imps…)
The daughter of a respected Mage of the Silver Cities, she is a wizard who controls Academy Faction Units (Mages, Djinns, Golems…)
