Midgardr changes
We're updating the demo for Next Fest!
These changes come directly from the feedback we received after launch, so thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts.
The most recurring criticism was about balance, and this patch is our answer.
We've worked on deck balance and the overall flow of the game. Balance is still a work in progress, but from this version cards will arrive in a more varied and consistent way, and the tools to get out of the trickiest situations will show up more naturally, always within the f ull respect of the player's management choices.
Result: a lightweight system that doesn't impact performance and stays invisible to the player. The game won't save you, but it will give you what you need, when you need it.
If you've already played and feel like another run, let us know if you notice the difference!
Anyone who plays the demo during Next Fest will have access to a feedback form. Find the link on game menu or here: [Demo Feedback Form]
