addedNew building: the cat casino. common gift. has the new toxo ability: gains +1 tourism from each other cat-themed building in the city.
addedCat café and lucky cat now have the toxo ability as well.
changedReduced the amount of tourism of other casinos, to reflect better the fact that casinos do generate some tourism but largely depend on tourism from other sources.
fixedFixed a bug with volume in the audio mixer that prevented some players from muting the game.
