Michi-Suji Puzzle: Michi Connect changes
We have updated the Steam demo of Michi-Suji Puzzle: Michi Connect.
This update brings several features and improvements developed for the full version to the demo. You can now adjust the game’s display options to match your preferred play style.
New Settings
The following options have been added to the Settings screen:
Quick Hints Show or hide short hints that appear at the beginning of certain stages.
Move Count Show the number of moves you have made, along with the cat’s changing expression.
Stage Number Show or hide the current stage number during gameplay.
Block Top Info Show useful information, such as S/G symbols and remaining numbers, on the top of blocks.
Each option can be turned on or off separately, and your settings will be saved.
Settings Screen Improvements
We have improved the Settings screen to make keyboard, mouse, and controller navigation easier.
The currently selected item is now easier to see.
Navigation between settings has been adjusted.
Visual feedback has been added when selecting or pointing at an option.
Controller Improvements
Controller support has also been reviewed and improved.
Revised the default gamepad button layout.
Button prompts now change according to the most recently used input device.
The mouse cursor is hidden while using a controller and reappears when the mouse is moved.
Improved compatibility when using Steam Input.
Stability Improvements
We have also improved stability during stage loading and screen transitions.
Improved behavior when quickly switching between the stage screen and stage selection.
Improved input recovery if an error occurs while loading a stage.
Fixed slow movement in the Steam version when using stages with multiple cats or passing through Bumper Blocks.
Fixed several other minor issues.
